Free delivery over £100
Next day delivery priced from £6.99*
£25 for orders to Republic of Ireland and Europe (up to 1kg – we will contact you to let you know exact charges if your order is larger than this)
£50 for rest of the world (up to 1kg, we will email you to advise of any extra shipping costs that may apply.)
Precious Delivery parcels are delivered by Royal Mail or courier to the United Kingdom.
We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 11am on weekdays. Your order should be with you in 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party, or for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of ordering. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the Goods passes to you on delivery.
If you are not at home when the courier calls by, usually you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the ‘Failed Delivery Card’ to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
*Next day delivery (UK Only)
For next day delivery service within the UK, orders need to be placed by 11am Monday-Thursday. Orders will be sent using one of our designated third party couriers and costs from £9.99. For next day (UK mainland only) Saturday delivery, please contact us on 07727 193055 for a quote.
International orders
We deliver to most European countries and several other international destinations, usually by Royal Mail or by courier if previously arranged.
If your delivery destination is not available at checkout please send us an email to admin@precious-delivery.com to ask for a delivery quote.

You are responsible for paying any import or customs charges.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing you let us know by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. In the first instance please email us at admin@precious-delivery.com or call on 07727 193055.
You will then need to post the goods back to us. Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Precious Delivery Ltd, 306 Thorold Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 4HD.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held liable for un-returned packages. We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs, otherwise you will be liable for any postage costs.
